Founder and CEO of Connec2dots, Latoya's journey in Change Leadership and Learning and Development started well over two decades ago in Jamaica where she started out her career as a Modern Languages teacher for Spanish and French in a prominent Grammar school.
Passionate about making a difference in her teaching career, she then migrated to France where she lived for 15 years. There, she acquired extensive experience in working on the international arena where she developed her expertise in Learning and Development, Change Management and Coaching Business Executives of Fortune 500 companies in France.
In the UK since 2015, In her 10 years in Management, Latoya has contributed to and participated in several implementation programmes focusing on Change Management, Learning and Development, Project management and Leadership Development. Latoya is an Advocate and Agent for Change and People Development and works primarily on D365 ERP and CRM Finance implementations on a global scale, leading and facilitating change adoption.
Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Latoya holds dual Masters degrees in Adult Education and Educational Sciences, along with certifications in CMI and PROSCI, and training in LUMA design thinking.
Additionally, she authored "The Interactive Whiteboard in Teaching and Learning" for the Faculty of Science and Technology in Paris.
Currently working as a Freelance Consultant, Latoya provides Change Management and L&D Consultancy for organisations undergoing digital transformations in the Finance and IT sectors.
